From Our Farm to Your Door
We lovingly package all plants at our farm to ensure they arrive healthy and ready for their new home. We take great care to hand-pack every order for a safe journey, and each package includes helpful care instructions. Our plants are shipped dry to prevent rot during transit, so they will be ready for their first watering upon arrival.
Shipping Schedule
To ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition and to prevent them from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Please note that depending on when your order is placed, it may take longer to process and ship. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Any specific delivery requests should be made directly through the carrier's website.
Our Commitment to You
Our top priority is healthy plants and happy customers. We ship high-quality, disease-free plants, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise in transit. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. To help us promptly address your concerns, please include your order number and photos of the plant. We will not ask you to return the plants, as this is not in their best interest.
Cancellations
We can happily cancel your order if the request is received before your order is packed. Orders that have been packed, are ready to ship, or have already shipped are ineligible for cancellation.
