Refund policy

Our top priority is healthy plants and happy customers. We ship high-quality, disease-free plants, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise in transit. If you are ever dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. To help us promptly address your concerns, please include your order number and photos of the plant. We will not ask you to return the plants, as this is not in their best interest.

We can happily cancel your order if the request is received before your order is packed. Orders that have been packed, are ready to ship, or have already shipped are ineligible for cancellation.
